Not really, looking at buying new either a burris 2-7 or leupold 1.5-4....leaning towards the leupold

There was no black friday deals that made me jump on it though

Possibly - what did you not like about the Vortex? I too was looking at the Burris 2-7 (posted a WTB here). DM if you'd rather not crap up your post with a discussion on the V-tex.
