Scope level ???

I am thinking about putting a scope level on my 7mmWSM when it get's back from the smith.I am looking at the kind that just wraps around the scope like a regular scope ring,that has a level "bubble" to determine when the scope is level.I was just wondering how hard or easy it is to shoot with one.Is it hard to focus on the target,and also watch the bubble at the same time?

I have that type level on my guns and think it's easy. I don't think I can look at my target and the level at one time though. Maybe I do but just don't think about it.
