Sako/Tikka or other 1 in 11 barrels

I see a lot of people who don't like Sako or Tikkas because they have 1 in 11 inch twist barrels. On a .300 WIn Mar or maybe even WSM, what is the heaviest bullet you would consider shooting out of a 1 in 11?
If I don't plan to shoot 200+ grain bullets, say I'll max out at 178 grain, is 1 in 11 OK?

Absolutely, we have MANY customers running 200 grain with great success with factory barrels.

Just a FYI on the new production tikka's all 300 win mags wear 10 twist barrels now.
