Recently Acquired. 220 Swift with 26 inch bull barrel. In excellent condition. 1977 build with tang safety.
These builds had superior barrels/accuracy and this rifle looks to have minimal usage.

I had a 1976 version and 243 caliber which I owned since new. Very accurate and pleasant to shoot rifle. I sold it on GunBroker for I think $1200; year and half ago.

I have 2 of the same vintage on I rebarreled after 4000+ rounds! The originals would shoot 1/2" groups with everything form 40 Vmax to 55gr
any bullet! In 22-250 HB were the same way.

Was the very first rifle I purchased by myself on my 18th birthday in 1980! Killed many, many yotes, jack rabbits, squirrels and still shoots this good! That's .188 @ 100 W/40gr. vmax and 40gr. Varget... Passed my tang safety .300 Winnie to my youngest last deer season!!
