Ruger 10/22

I already have 3 22 lr and a 17 hmr. (Remington, Marlin, Rossi, and Savage) would it be worth it to get a Ruger 10/22 (that I can "customize") I have a Nikon prostaff laying around which is making me want to buy another gun.
