What I have for you today is a lightly used RRA LAR 8. These rifles are a bushmaster design, different label. IIRC, RRA bought the rights and tooling for this from Bushmaster. Specs below:
Make: Rock River Arms
Model: LAR 8 Varmint A4
Caliber: 7.62NATO /.308 win
Barrel: 26" heavy stainless steel
Trigger: 2 stage match
Other: Fully ambidextrous controls including; bolt release (forward of trigger), safety selector, magazine release.
Condition: Not new, but close. MAYBE 75-100 rounds through her at this time. Only match grade 168gr or 175gr SMK or SGK used.
Reason for selling: Not wanted. I am going to build a 375 cheytac.
Price: $1400 + shipping - (bought for $1699 5 years ago, now listed at ~$1600 on RRA website)
Will trade for: Stiller 408 Action, Large custom bolt action capable of accepting 505 Gibbs cartridge (lawton, etc). I can make up the difference with cash if you have something of greater value.
Extra Stuff I'll throw in: Burris Extra High Rings - xtreme tactical 30mm, 2 extra magazines, and California compliant magazine lock device (if wanted).
Please note that the scope is not included (obviously), and the bipod is not included. I am located in San Diego, and am willing to meet at a local FFL, or ship to your FFL. If you think I'm way out of line with the price, make me an offer for what you feel is fair.
