i have a remington mil-spec 5r (much like a sendero) and a leupold vxIII low 56mm. i would like to use either nightforce single base an ring combo or mark 4 base an rings. my issue is i'm deployed and want to order the pieces to send to a smith to put all together so i can have it waiting on my return. i was hoping that someone out there has this setup or similar an can tell me their ring height an if the scope clears the rail of the base. its a 30mm tube if that makes any difference other than circumference of the actual ring.
