RIFLE CHASSIS - REM SHORT ACTION

I was given the rifle chassis, pictures attached, from a shooting colleagues widow. I am not sure who made it and when. It is very well made with a fully machined metal action block and it has a blind mag well. In the photos you'll see several spacers for adjusting LOP as well as length. The letters "RS" are stamped on the inside of the action. I tried a fitment of a Remmy short action Varmint barreled action and it was just perfect. It does not appear to have ever been used. No skim bedding has ever been applied.
Willing to sell for $100. Plus shipping. Will accept check.

Looks like an AICS chassis but the skin appears to be molded over instead of screw on and none of the angles or ratios appear to be right. Could be a knock-off maybe.
