With all the powder out there on Gun Broker why is Retumbo bring the most.

For a long time Retumbo was absolutely not available. I don't know if the govt was stocking up or what. So the only Retumbo was in the hands of people who had bought it months/years before. This has driven the price way up because it was basically unavailable.

Nowadays Retumbo is trickling in retail businesses so it is available again if you can catch it.

It's the best . Just kidding but I do really like it alot. I personally like it better than h1000. It's fairly temp stable for it's burn rate.

I was looking and people where paying almost $1000 for 8 pounds and was blown away. Guess I got lucky when I bought mine a couple years back

I had to pay around $380 shipped for 8lb back in 2012 follow S.H. incident. I thought that was outrageous then.

2-3 years ago Retumbo was everywhere in abundance. Nobody seemed to think it was any better than H-1000 or others. Once it got scarce people refer to it as the holy grail of powder.
