Obviously you should have thrown the old brass away.
Did you headspace the barrel?
Even a mis-fitting case should pop free of the chamber by bolt turn alone(even if you have to beat the bolt handle to get it turned).
Something is badly mis-timed, mis-adjusted.

Ok so I ordered 100 new brass last night and should be here Monday. Now you guys mentioned earlier not using the instructions to set the die so I did a lil digging and see everyone using the headspace gauge set from hornady. Is this how you guys do it? Is there another way besides this? When doing it that way do you ever get a stuck case? This is my hunting rifle so wanna make sure it functions as it should in the field.
