Anyone here have a VTR or a trianglar fluted barreled rifle? Do you notice any difference opposed to a normally fluted barrel? I've been thinking of fluting one of my barrels in a trianglar pattern. Are they more predictable as they heat up or just b.s.? Any opinions welcome. In my opinion fluting is mostly cosmetic so I'd rather not get in to the debate of weither fluting is worth it or not. I like a custom looking gun that is unique.

far as i can tell my vtr is not fluted just a heavy varmint profile triangle barrel no flutes just contour. groups evently grow as barrel heats up cant remember how many shots but more than any of my other guns i shot the other day and two groups of four no cool down and both groups moa
