SOLD/EXPIRED Remington sporter 338 barrel.

I'm looking at buying an HS-Precision stock from tunacan on here it's this stock https://www.hsprecision.com/shop2/r...on-700-long-action-bdl-tactical-stock-pst014/ I have a Remington 700 XCR 2 338 rum with the factory sporter barrel I believe it's 630 thousandths at the muzzle. My question is will this look ok? Will it not look very good? Is my barrel to small of a diameter for this stock? Any response will be appreciated

Depends whether or not you care if there is a little bit of a gap between the barrel and the stock. I put a magpul stock on a Remy 700 short action .243 with a sporter barrel. I Think it looks fine. Can send a picture later today if you want. Barrel channel is about the same and gives you room to put an aftermarket heavy barrel on it.
