Is that a Clay Spencer brake?

It is not, it was a custom break done by a gunsmith in puyallup WA. The barrel is threaded and it comes with a thread protector if you want to remove it. He has worked on a couple of my rifles and does great work.

How many rounds have gone through it

There has been around 200 rounds through it. All range time, that is also just oil on the stock, no scuffs or marks.
