Rem 700 LA HS Precision w/ Custom Paint & Bi-pod Rail

HS Precision Sporter for Remington 700 LA BDL. Custom Paint with Cerakote Air Dry by www.cerakotechick.com Atlas BT15 3.35" Rail mounted for bipod. Barrel channel opened slightly to float Bartlein #3 contour. Lug area has been bedded around a .300" PTG tapered recoil lug. Stock has been used & shows some signs of use. I just weighed it on a questionable kitchen scale that belongs to my wife & it is weighing 41 oz.

HS Precision's website claims this stock weighs 2.35 lb, which converts to 37.6 oz. Atlas claims their 3.35" bipod rail weighs 0.92 oz. Plus a short hair more for paint, bedding material & bipod rail hardware. I'm betting that 41 oz is fairly close.
