I 've got a completely stock rem 700 short action chambered in .22-250 rem. it's completely stock with no modifications. it's seen maybe 200 rounds. I just don't use it. it's not super accurate it seems to shoot basically everything into about an MOA. so not bad either. it would make good donor action or a general purpose truck gun.
