I think you may be confusing collets with bushings. Collets resize by squeezing the neck against a steel mandrel using a tapered cone shaped fingers. the mandrel sets the amount of resizing….typically less than regular and bushing dies-- about .001. If you want more neck tension or bullet pull; you can buy undersized mandrels or chuck it into a drill and spin it while pinching the mandrel with a priece of Emory cloth You can take off an amother .001 or more that way, but you can't go back If you go too far. You'd have to buy another from lee.

Bought these new in 1987 along with a ruger #1 in 7Mag. I killed one deer with it then sold the ruger a couple years later to buy a new Colman roof A/C for the 5th Wheel RV. 30 years later I bought a Model 70 and a set of new hornady match grade dies…2 years after that I'm cleaning out the attic and found these RCBS dies along with 5,000 primers and 5 pounds of IMR powder in the metal tins.
