Redding T7 press concern?

I just unboxed and set up my new Redding T-7 press. I noticed when I work the lever, the ram makes a slight sound like a "woosh" sound. Is this normal? I wiped down the ram and re-oiled it with gun oil but still makes the sound. Is this normal? Does it just need to wear in?

I have this press to and it seems like I had the same problem and kept working and it went away..

Just needs breaking in.
