Redding S die question

Funny you should mention this as I was just in the shop using my new S die as well in 308 and am having the same issues as well I tried everything and went through a 100 brass tried every configuration I could think of . Still only about 40% as well .

Varmint Hunter, did you call Redding, what did they say?

If you bump the shoulder back more than 0.001 to 0.0015, are you then able to size more of the neck?

Can you chamber a fired case before resizing?

Can you chamber a fired case after bumping the shoulder back 0.001 to0.0015 with just a hint of resistance when closing the bolt?

How are you guys measuring how far you set the shoulder back?

For reference, I have been using the Stoney Point Head and Shoulders gauge.
