Not sure about when it was built, there are no dates anywhere on it or in the paperwork. As I recall, I bought it new 2 or 3 years before I retired from Border Patrol in December 2021. it's been sitting unused since I bought a V3 and then a sold that for a new super Trickler. I did fire it up to measure charges head to head with the SuperTrickler and on my 120i lab balance. It throws much more accurately than the specs guarantee.
