I have a Ruger Stainless in 35 Whelen that I bought new and put a Houge over molded stock on. I sighted it in and its set in the safe ever since. Need to clear out some unused guns, so this one is on the chopping block. Shot less than 20 times total.

Good grab Snake. I had a Rem 7600 pump in 35 Whelen when they first came out. Black bear killing machine with either factory load. I liked the 250s.

What barrel length?, what kind of groups did you get and with what ammo? Is the action bedded? Thank you

Really didn't shoot any groups. I sighted it in with anticipation of a hunt that I never got to go on. It has set in the safe ever since. I bet I got I sighted in in less that ten rounds, and that is TRUELY all the rounds it has seen. Action is NOT bedded.
