Rangefinding Binos

For all those that have looked through or own some, what eye has the rangefinder in it? I looked through a pair Leica Geovids today and the rangefinder was on the right side, so with my bad right eye, I was unable to use them.

I have bad left eye every brand I've ever looked through were right eye. David

If they all are that sucks. Was hoping to upgrade and get away from the bouncing back and forth.
