Question about a RCBS ChargMaster 1500 combo

I worked at Blackhawk for about 6 years and got my friend a RCBS ChargMaster 1500 Combo at my employee discount for around 260 I think, this was around 8 years ago maybe. Anyways it's still in the box and never used he said he would sell it to me for what he paid at 260.00 is this worth it have these things had any improvements since the older ones? Thanks for any advice

No improvements have been made by RCBS.
There are DIY improvements which you can search for and easily find/employ.

I was an early adopter of the CM dispenser, completed and tested various mods, and it's one of the best reloading investments I've ever made.
