I own 3 of these. two are the 9 volt model and one the 12 volt model.

The 12 volt model is much slower dispensing the last few grains. It takes up to 20 seconds to make up its mind and dispense the last 4 grains on a 50 grain charge whereas the 9V models do it in 5 seconds.

Charges are just as accurate from all 3 when checked n my Redding beam scale.

Normal or something wrong ?

Go to you tube and search for chargemaster 1500 programming or something of that nature. It will tell you how to reprogram the time duration of dispense speeds. You can probably match all three of your to be the same.
