Is the black one the 7mag? pics of green one show 6.5cm and title says 7mag?

How long ago did Scott build this one his rifles seem to be very accurate how this one shoot?
I have never shot it. I bought a 28 nosler from
scott and the gun did not fit me so I traded it for this one. I have never shot this one. I have 40+ custom rifles and I am just selling the ones I have never shot currently.
