If you are not heart set on Federal, I have found Remington primers to more likely available than most. They go bang fine. Sign up for every notification you can and be prepared to buy IMMEDIATELY. Waiting even 15 min can be SOL.

Just picked up Rem 9 1/2M's from Brownell's last week.

I just paid through the nose for 1K Rem 9.5s a few weeks ago from Target Sports and then Natchez had them for $50 less a few days later. Set up some in stock alerts and use ammoseek. It's the only way I have found to be sure to get them.
