Prayers needed 🙏

I'm very sorry to hear of his passing. I will say him being an organ donor is very commendable. A close friend of one of my daughters recently passed from a brain aneurysm. She was an organ donor. She contributed vital organs to many people. It was one of the most touching moments I have witnessed as the hospital staff, family, and friends lined the halls to honor her giving life to others as her final contribution to the world.

Father God we found out thru 338 that his coworker had passed on. Father I pray that he knew your son Jesus Christ and he is now living with Him for eternity. Father we do not know how you work but we do know that Your word says "that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[a] have been called according to his purpose" and we know that you are incapable of lying so Your word is true. Father I pray you bless his family members and comfort them with your compassion in this tragedy. Father I also pray that his organs which are donated will help someone live a longer healthier life because of his unselfishness. In Jesus name I pray...Amen

I just received word from Rick (338) that his friend Greg was a born again Christian. That is such good news and that we can be assured that he is now with our Lord. Praise God
But let this be a warning to all of those on here that have not received Christ as their savior. It doesn't matter what you've done in the past. Once you accept Christ the slate is erased and your life begins anew. God loves you and wants all of us to be with Him for eternity. It's never too late to accept Him but don't delay because as this shows, tomorrow is not guaranteed and when you breath your last breath THEN its too late

He passed away this morning after the decision was made that he was brain dead. He was an organ, donor and arrangements are being made to donate. He was a bad guy with a big heart and a lot of friends. Thank you all for the prayers and continue to pray for his wife he was a couple years from retirement and they were looking forward to it.
Sorry for the loss, but still praying for you and for the family.

I can't imagine....

Thanks to all for your prayers and kind words. The family seems to be accepting what has happened and I believe the prayers have helped that. We want the people we are praying for to be healed and the family to be ok. God has his plan before we are born. The prayers to keep someone alive will not be answered if not meant to be but the prayers to comfort the family sure seem to be working.

I reread my last post and had to edit. He was a "big" guy with a big heart. Not a "bad" guy. Just wanted to clarify that. I didn't catch the autocorrect.

We hope to find out over the next week or so if he did have an episode or something. The fall just doesn't make sense with where he was working and how things were left.

A coworker and friend had a terrible fall yesterday at work. He was on a large residential construction site and was wiring up lights on a deck. No one saw what happened but he was found on the ground not breathing and no pulse. CPR was started until the ambulance got there. The EMTs got his pulse back and him breathing again. He had 3 surgeries last night. One to relieve fluid around his heart, one to relieve swelling on the brain, and one to place a device to monitor brain activity. He also has a fractured vertebrae in his neck and broken ribs. The deck was about 12' high. no details of how he fell off the deck. No visitors allowed yet and last I heard an update he was still unresponsive. No bleeding on the brain and swelling is down. Vitals all good. Now it's a waiting game. Prayers are what we need 🙏
Well, I thought my life was going poorly...I hope he makes it! 🤞
