Can anyone tell me if the range in Powell allows steel targets or not?? And an address would be helpful as im driving from out of state?

I have no clue on a range in Powell, but if you cannot set up steel, drive 20 miles south to Cody, Cody Shooting Complex. I think some is always set out, and you should be able to to set your own there. A simple google should yield all you need to know.
