You do not understand.........Powder Valley rations powder with time outs and puts more into inventory a little at a time over the day.

When you get the time out orders pending language, watch the clock, keep refreshing, and when it times out, you will get a cart
to order with, (many times, not always) So when you get the cart, make sure you are already signed in and make sure you have 2 or more in your cart, usually 2 works best when its in time mode, and then check out like lightning before someone else does.

Its still there, you just have to have a gunfight to get it.

Yep, it takes time and too much patience the way they do it, but it does ration it to those needing or wanting it most.
