I got a good belly laugh on this one. It is excruciating going to grocery store with my wife. It should take less than thirty minutes, but it's always an hour and over $300 dollars.

Yep, back and forth, go in circles, him and haw over $.25 between this brand or that. Can't do it.

I would go to the grocery store for the wife and be back in less than an hour. She accused me of not getting everything on the list, until she put everything away. She ask how I did it. I said....I go there with focus and grab everything first trip down the isle and get out. She went along one time and almost got let debating over with can of peas to grab....never again

You boys live far too close to town!

A couple of times a year, we (wife and I) do the Costco/Sams Club thing. As it's 160+ miles each way, we overnight in the RV, sometimes catch a meal in the city!

When ya only have to do the "shopping thing" a few times a year…..it's almost entertaining! Often it's a lot like going to the zoo…..some of the wildlife is pretty interesting to see! memtb

We are within A 30 minute drive from 3 Costco's and the Costco Business Center in MPLS.
And you guys think you've got trouble.
I have been to those 3 all in the same day.

I don't know how much money we have saved by doing pickup at Sam's Club/Walmart instead of going in, but sure it's in the thousands. Started when forced during covid, never stopped.

Part of the reason that we don't go to the city very often is…..Fed X and UPS. They make a lot of drops at our house! memtb

Women just don't seem to have the same sense of humor as we do. I tend to get those dirty looks quite often when dating. They surely need to lighten up. Always so serious. lol

I have only met a handful of women that have a good sense of humor like we do. I can say that they are very fun to hang with
