Tagging in. That's a goofy looking pill. Like someone tries turning truncated cone point fmj into a hollow point or somethingGot a bag of these in a large buy. Have had them for years. They are .410 and weigh 210 grains. Who made them?

Kinda looks like maybe a variant of federals guard dog bullet. Not sure if you could get them as components though
