Pillers

[Coyote Shadow Tracker]

We recently picked up some McMillan XIT stocks and BAT Actions. Going to use for "F" Class and ELR. I want to put Pillers in and bed the actions. I heard a few guys say just build you own Pillers. I am having the surgery for SCS tomorrow and won't get to working on any rifles for at least a few weeks. I have all the equipment/machinery. Anyone have info on how to make your own pillers?

My mom used to do it, she would sew 2 pieces of fabric together and put batting inside, then sew it closed.

+1 for making your own. I've made more sets than I can remember. It only takes a couple minutes on the lathe and its way cheaper than $14 a set.
