what are the barrel contour and weight of gun with each barrel?

The proof research is sendero contour and the barreled action weighs >4lbs with trigger rail and rings.

1) How much does your set up weigh with the heaviest barrel 26" 6x47? (as shown - no scope)

2) Can you provide details on the accuracy of the gun? How does it shoot at 100, 500 & 1K?

3) Can your provide details on load development? What load does it like x 2 (each barrel - set up)?

4) How often did you switch barrels? Is this proof a back up barrel or did you use it like a switch barrel? How hard is it to switch the barrel / reset point of aim ?

5) Would you buy another Pierce TI, Titanium Recoil lug & spend extra for the light handle?

Those are some great questions, I will try to answer them the best that I can. I have had this rifle for almost a year now, but have sadly spent little time shooting it.
-As far as weight with the 6x47 I will need to check. I built it in the 6x47 for a comp/hunting rifle.
-I only shot the 6x47 out to 300 but it was shooting great with 39.0gn h4350 and the 105 berger hybrids. The 7x300wsm was liking the 162 gn Amax and h1000. I shot that out to 800 with solid success.
-I personally swapped barrels three times. I had the 6x47 on the majority of the time for competition and coyote calling, and then I slapped the 7x300wsm on for a coues deer hunt.
-I do think that the ultralight bolt and recoil lug are the way to go with this rig. To get the most out of the lightweight, I would swap the stock and use direct mount rings.

The Pierce Action w 7/300 bolt, lug, Proof Barrel w/ Muzzle brake, Trigger, 7/300 WSM dies, 7/300 WSM Cases. All 7MM/300WSM items reflected in the original post have been sold per our our agreement.

Its my understanding the Stock in the picture and 6x47 items are still available.
