Hey Eric,

She shot okay considering I put a cheap scope and cheap ammo in her. It shot a 1 " group and I really didn't have an aiming point and the scope I through on was that cheap Bushnell 3x9x40. It's okay for out to a couple hundred yards or so but doesn't have any precision feel to it at 100 on 9 power. The parallax might be of too, it was a tad blurry. Anyway all that being said, I should be able to rein it in around a 1/2" with a load and good scope on her. I'm trying to think of what scope I might get for her? I don't go cheap on scopes any more, as I am going to not put less than Leupold vx-3 on any rifle I own from here on in. I am thinking about getting a Nightforce Competition scope as I have a bench rifle to play with now and then use it for developing loads on any other rifle. I am wondering which reticle to get on that.

Then, with that and a load, no rifle of mine will have any less than the bst accuracy they are capable of.

I've been pretty lucky in that almost anything I own shoots under an inch before load development. I fell most rifles are a lot more accurate than people give them credit for. I'm still an under 300 hunter for now anyway. Can't wait to eventually hunt out west at longer ranges.

Pretty cool idea you have here and very gracious. I wish I had seen it sooner I would have liked the 270 bullets but oh well. I do have a question tho. Are the guys that did receive something from you going to post up what they have to pay forward in this thread? I think that would be kinda neat if they did and this became kinda like a chain thread where its kinda like the take a penny leave a penny things at the gas stations and such. I have a few odd and end things that I could pay forward to somebody needing them.

I think that it would work really well if from here on in this thread if someone posts and they are taking an item that in that post they should offer up something for the next guy down the line and if the chatter is kept to a minimum then it will make it easier to see what items are here.

I think there is a lot of potential in this thread!
