Old School Harris Bipod Swivel Tension Knob

I'm looking for one of the older knurled Harris Bipod tension knobs for the swivel bipods. See photo below:

I've got a new Harris that I've mounted on a Seekins Havak and the newer style knob sticks out such that the flush cup on the stock is covered up, thus unusable. See photo below:

I believe the various lever lock kits available would present the same problem. However, if anyone has any other suggestions, I'd definitely be open to input. Thanks!
