OHV trails in Colorado

My wife and I are looking at taking a trip to Colorado in a couple weeks and plan on bringing the side by side along. I was wondering what some may recommend for scenic rides, especially with some mountain views. We will be in the state for several days and eventually making our way up around Rifle. She wants to see where I have been hunting and why I like going up there so much. I am not exactly the most experienced rider and sure not looking for anything extreme or crazy.

I've ridden around the front range, Georgetown to Mt Evans, Central City/Black Hawk, and over on the western slope near Colbran. Used to Jeep around Buena Vista, Woodland Park to Deckers to Bailey, Nederland and Ward (east of Boulder) a few years back.
Most of my hunting areas are closed to motorized traffic so my ATVs don't get ridden much any more.

Imogene, Black Bear, and Red Cone are popular for spectacular views - lots of YouTube hits on those.
