good luck, havent seen it in quite a while--I'm sure its more of a unicorn than RE26 
now that cv/biden panic buying has started
I got mine by buying loaded norma ammo, almost the same price as empty brass when you can find it

Yes, that's why I put yes.
If the same holds true as past years --- 300wsm nosler brass is made by norma, but then nosler weight sorts, chamfers, trims and deburrs the pp before boxing and selling-- hence the "premium, premium" price they charge
