All Nikon scopes were discontinued in November 2019. These particular scopes were discontinued before that. Many stores still show them on their web site but have them listed as "out of stock" or "Back Ordered".
They used to be regularly available on eBay but have since dried up. They are as rare as a pink unicorn now.
