After saving my pennies and selling a few safe queens, I finally have my first NF ordered (5.5x22x50 NP1RR.) Would I be better served buying their ballistic software or using one of the free programs listed in previous posts. I'm not sure if their programs are better suited for their particular setup. Thanks in advance.

Nightforce soft ware is the Exbal by Perry Systems and is a very good ballistics program it offers a sight in feature that will allow you to change field conditions and will now address your new conditions, it also offers a reticle analisys that you may find helpful. I highly recomend it, I have only covered a few of its features
