Have a basically brand new nightforce 20 moa base that is made to fit an HS precision short action as well as any rem 700 short action. There is a difference in the recoil lug on the models designed to fit the hs precision actions. It will fit a regular rem 700 sa as well but a base for a regular rem 700 sa will not fit on an HS precision action due to the design of the ejection port on the HS actions. 8x40 screw size $100
