MRC 26" barrel in heavy sporter taper, 1 in 10 twist
MRC long action
barrel and action bead blasted
Accurate Innovations laminated stock
Pachmayr Decelerator pad
Leupold VXIII 6.5-20X scope w/ varmint reticle
weight around 13.5 lbs w/ scope and sling

Nice rig! you are the first person on here to have a Montana Rifleman action. I also have one for my 300 rum but went with a Lilja barrel. How does it shoot? I havent heard anything about their barrels.

I love the way that thing looks. Can't wait to hear how it shoots! Do you know if they flut the barrel before they rifle it, it looks like they fluted very close to the muzzle. Looks great.
