Welcome to the forum. Looking forward to your posts from N.E. Wyoming. I've hunted west/central Wyoming (Lander region) and what is probably considered north/central (Buffalo/Gillett region) and had great experiences every time.
Been hearing about poaching of Moose in the Bighorn National Forest in recent weeks. Shooting young moose and just leaving the carcass to rot or taking only the antlers. Sure hope your Game and Fish guys can nail those #@$!!'s.
