Hello from Northern California.
I recently joined the website because I'm interested in precision rifle shooting. I have a fairly respectable stable of centerfire bolt action rifles in calibers ranging from .223 through .30-06, most of which have been either built or worked over by competent and meticulous gunsmiths.
I don't currently own any dedicated long-range rifles, nor do I own any of the exotic calibers which I see advocated here, but I'm interested in learning about the long range shooting discipline.
The shooting club to which I belong has several long range rifle ranges, including one which extends out to 1000 yards, although I haven't ventured out to that one yet, because none of my rifles is set up for 1000 yard shooting.
I look forward to expanding my shooting knowledge here, and, perhaps, expanding my rifle collection along the way.
