New fun and load development?

Ok I'm close to getting my gun back from the smith. It's a Remington 700 has a criterion 26" barrel 1.8 twist 7mm mag. I hava 175g eldx, and 165g gamechangers, fed215m primers h1000 and retumbo. How would you go about load development and barrel break in?
