Hi all,

New guy from MN, just got into rifle shooting this past summer, bought my first center action, a Savage 11. Since then I've replaced the stock scope with a Nikon Buckmasters 4.5-14/40SF Mil-Dot, replaced the trigger with a Rifle Basix trigger, and now ordered a Stock from Stockade. Looking to take the rifle out for it's first hunt this coming fall, first time not using a shotgun, should be fun.

Looks like I'll be getting a lot of good knowledge from this site.

Thanks. When summer comes and I can actually shoot outside, I'm planning on setting my zero at 200m, figure where I'm looking to hunt, that's all I'll need for my zero. Next step is getting into handloading
