Brand new fresh from Australia. Waters Rifleman Howa long action DBM (no mag). I bought this after being led to believe that it would fit my Nosler M48 and it does not. According to the Waters Rifleman website, it's the best dbm you can buy for the howa/vanguard and as close to drop in as you'll find. Very nice piece. Awesome craftsmanship, very light. I really wish this would have worked out for me. My loss is your gain.
