New Build and wanted to get some advise

I have a stiller tac 300 long action with the magnum bolt face. I was planning on running the accuracy international mag for the 300 win and was thinking of a 7WSM. With the 180 grn bergers there is still .5 inches or so left in the mag. Any other suggested calibers that you guys can think of. I don't like belted cases. I reload and like to work with good brass.

Oh and its use will be mainly hunting and pounding steel from as far as I can

That mag will support a COL of 3.600". The mag internal length measures 3.640.

What about a 7mm-300ultra? Has anyone heard of such a thing?
