new barrel smith

Any suggestions on a good barrel smith for rem 700 project, probably will include fluting as well.

I bought a Broughton barrel ( had it in 6 weels ) and sent it to Jim See at Centershot rifles, who is a sponser on this site and his turn around time was 6 weeks. Had one of his Muscle brakes installed while it was there. Got it back the other day and it looks great. Now I have to fit it to the stock and get the scope mounted and some loads made up. Can't wait to shoot it.
