Hello everyone. New to the forums here. I have been doing some lurking for the past few weeks and now I'm a member. I have been hunting since I was 12 (19 years) with my dad, brothers and grandpa's. I love everything about it. I recently began testing the longer ranges of my rifle and decided to build a 308 for longer reaches and fun in doing so. It's a purpose built rifle. Now that I am more confident at longer ranges, I am ready to build a long range hunting rifle and try my hand at taking game beyond 5-600 yards.
