Need to have account deleted

I tried creating an account under my primary email in March of last year, but ran into some issues where the system thought I was a robot...I created this (MTHunter15) account successfully using my work email, but want to delete my other, dysfunctional account (Clay Thompson) so that I can shift this account over to that email. Can someone help me out??
