Need educational resource on actions

There's a thread on another LRH forum regarding Kelbly Atlas or Defiance Tenacity actions, and I'm seeing there's a whole lot I don't know about actions. Can anyone point me to educational resources on actions? I'd like to become knowledgeable in advance of starting a build. thx

Your best resources will be the makers web sites and the makers, themselves. No "book" that I know of. And, asking on a forum , well,,,,,, that'll get lots of opinions and many times not much fact, just opinion because that's what they own or what they heard. Depends upon the intended use of your build, what you expect, and what you're willing to pay.
